Return Window
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, color, or style:
• Exchanges are complimentary within the U.S.
• International customers may be responsible for return shipping fees
• Exchange items ship once the original item is received and inspected
How to Start a Return
To begin a return or exchange:
1. Contact our Concierge Team at info@rodolfomedina.com
2. Provide your order number and the item you wish to return
3. You’ll receive a prepaid return label (U.S. orders) or instructions for international returns
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
• Please allow 3–5 business days after inspection for processing
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Beauty products
• Intimates
• Final‑sale items
• Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your case will be prioritized, and we’ll resolve it with urgency and care.
Gifts
If you received a Rodolfo Medina item as a gift:
• You may exchange it for another item of equal value
• Store credit is also available
