What is our return policy ?
At Rodolfo Medina, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason your not completely satisfied , we will gladly accept most returns by mail when it is presented with established proof of purchase in saleable condition .We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original receipt/invoice or gift receipt.
All Rodolfo Medina merchandise must have all original packaging and components to be eligible for return.
Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns of swimwear, underwear, custom-made, engraved, or personalized items or clearance items.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
Returning/Exchanging merchandise purchased online: . All returns of online orders by mail , must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
To return or exchange by mail, please follow these instructions:
- Complete the required information on the packing slip included with your package.
- Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the packing slip. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.
- Affix the pre-addressed and pre-paid return label to your return package.
- For purchases made on rodolfomedina.com, mail your return package at any US Postal Service office, drop box, residential mailbox, or visit USPS.com to schedule a free pick up.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
